(a)Membership of the Association is open to any person who was at anytime a student of Egbado College, Ilaro regardless of his/her duration of stay in the school.
(b)Membership is also open to:-
(i)Spouses of members
(ii)Past and present principals and tutors of Egbado College, Ilaro.
(iii)Persons within or outside the environs of Egbado College, Ilaro, who, in one form or the other, has contributed to the progress or good image of Egbado College, Ilaro; such individual who shall have an unblemished public record will be recommended by at least two financial members and unanimous decision of the Executive Committee shall be a pre-condition.
(c) Membership of the Association imposes the following duties.
(i)To pay subscriptions promptly.
(ii)To pay any other levy or levies as may be determined from time to time by the Association;
(iii)To attend meeting regularly.
